The office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia filed an amicus brief In Court supporting the right of gasoline station operators to shop for the cheapest wholesale gasoline prices, rather than being locked into exclusive dealing requirements by large wholesalers. The AG's position has prevailed, and a new Court Order has been entered preserving the earlier Court ruling precluding exclusive dealing is preserved.
