1. The learning outcomes are achieved as the class has good response to the theories and knowledge shared. 2. The content are well planned and supplemented with latest articles from world renowned studies and consultancy projects, eg, McKinseys. 3. During the class, the students were happy that practical and resourceful cases had been shared. 4. The assessment based mainly on understanding and application of theories and models. 5. High marks are students that demonstrated outstanding grasp of the subject matter plus exposure on applications. Low marks are students that only barely explain the theories and models taught during class. 6. N/A

Suggested Changes to Module (if any):


The subject intends to be an undergraduate level work and it needs to be appreciated that Development and Reward are subjects that carried a heavy load on practical side. The subject may need to further expand to become 2 subjects instead of 1.
