Chicken Stew

4-5 cups chopped cooked chicken (about 5 boneless skinless chicken breasts) 1 can (28oz) whole tomatoes, undrained 2 large potatoes, cut into 1in pieces (I love using Yukon Golds, but anything is good) pound okra, sliced (I usually just use frozen okra as its easier) 1 large onion, chopped 1 can (14oz) cream-style corn cup ketchup cup barbecue sauce Salt for tasting 1. Combine chicken, tomatoes with juice, potatoes, okra, and onion in slow cooker. Cover; cook on LOW 6 to 8 hrs or until potatoes are tender 2. Add corn, ketchup, and barbecue sauce. Cover; cook on HIGH for 30min. Serves apprx 6-8 (it always stretches to feed almost closer to 10 it seems for us)
