Pumpkin Sheet Cake

4 eggs 1 2/3 cups sugar 1 cup oil 1 can (15oz) pumpkin 2 tsp cinnamon tsp nutmeg (I left this out I dont like nutmeg) 1 tsp salt 1 tsp baking soda 2 tsp baking powder 2 cups flour Preheat oven to 350F. Mix eggs, sugar, oil, and pumpkin. Add remaining dry ingredients. Pour into greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 for 20-25min. Frosting cup softened butter 1 (8oz) softened cream cheese 3 tsp vanilla 3 cups powdered sugar (I had to add a little more powdered sugar and vanilla just to get the right flavor and consistency) Whip the above ingredients together and spread on cake (ok to spread when cake is warm as it doesnt melt off). Tastes also good if cake is chilled (I refigerated it overnight after eating it warm and it was really good fresh out of the fridge too). Eat and enjoy!
