Mix first 5 ingredients together to form an oil phase. Mix the water, triethanolamine and
glycerin to form a water phase. With constant agitation, slowly add the water phase to
the oil phase. A thick viscous emulsion is formed. Product will age to a white opaque soft
gel (or thick lotion).

Cleans heavy grease, oil and dirt from hands while conditioning and softening.
