    There are 4 Factors which contains 15 Officer Like Qualities, commonly called as OLQs in SSB. These 15 Qualities are looked in a candidate for Recommending (Selecting) him in SSB.

    Factor 1 - Planning and Organising (Relating to our Mind) - Consists of 4 OLQs.


    1. Effective Intelligence 2. Reasoning Ability (Why ?) 3. Organising Ability (How ?) 4. Power of Expression

    Factor 2 - Social Adjustment (Relating to our Heart) - Consists of 3 OLQs.
