    In every organization there are projects, and most of these need to be worked on by more than one person.
    This means that teams have to be organized. Question is: How to build effective teams?

    Important is to identify the differences in personality of the team members. Team balance is very important. A team that consists of only specialists will probably not be very successful. A team that consists of only creative people will probably also lead nowhere than to a lot of ideas.

    A team consisting of only leaders will probably also lead to nothing but figthing.

    Ill be using Dr. Meredith Belbins team roles methodology to try to explain how effective teams can be set up.
