    RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE MEMBERSHIP OF SPORT CENTRES 1. The trainees will bring their Identity Card, when they come to Centre for training. 2. Indiscipline on the part of trainees would tentamount to cancellation of their membership. 3. The member shall be responsible for the damage caused willfully or otherwise to any property of the Centre and shall be required to make good the loss/damage thereof. 4. Trainees are required to be in their proper kit. 5. Any type of intoxicant and liquor is strictly prohibited. 6. Monthly fee is to be deposited by 10th of every calendar month. 7. Rs.10 will be charged for issuing the duplicate Identity Card. 8. One extra photo must be attached with the application form for I. Card.
