Goodwill Announces New Vice President of Retail Jason Marshall will focus on growing retail enterprise
BOSTON (August 28, 2013) Jason Marshall, a Goodwill executive with almost 20 years of experience in retail and workforce development, has joined Morgan Memorial Goodwill Industries as its new vice president of retail. Marshall, who was previously the executive vice president of retail and workforce development at Goodwill Industries of North Central Pennsylvania, will be responsible for expanding Goodwills retail footprint in eastern and central Massachusetts as well as developing new employment opportunities for individuals with barriers to self-sufficiency. Jason is a proven executive within the Goodwill organization, said Joanne K. Hilferty, president and CEO of Morgan Memorial Goodwill Industries. He has had great success in Pennsylvania and will play a key role in growing our retail enterprise in order to advance Goodwills mission. Goodwill, which was founded in Boston, has a strong presence here and I look forward to growing our stores, our donation centers, and our training programs, Marshall said. I am excited about working with the team here to strengthen our connections in the community. Marshall holds a bachelors degree in business administration from Strayer University in Washington, D.C. He has completed the Senior Leader Program and Executive Development Program with Goodwill Industries International.
