Privacy Preserving Data Mining: using PPDM technique in joint research among multiple medical institutions

ABSTRACT

Maintaining the secrets of gathered information from the resources is very important because there is a need to develop and keep the accurate informations. PPDM is extremely important in todays ecommerce. It is essential to securely preserve individual information to maintain ethical issues and financial lost. Advances in hardware technology have increased the capability to store and record personal data about consumers and individuals causing concerns that personal data may be used for a variety or malignant purposes. PPDM models and algorithms propose a number of techniques to perform the data extracting process in a preserving way. These techniques generally fall into these following categories like anonymization, perturbation randomized, condensation, and cryptography. These algorithms measured in terms of performance, data usefulness and occurrence of irregular. So the aim of this paper is to preserve the research data done by different medical institutions for the particular disease using PPDM cryptography technique, and propose some future research ways.
