    General Terms and Condition All ancillary materials such as anchor fastners(Hilti/Fischer), PVC tape rolls, screws, grips, saddles, ferruling ,cable ties,cable tags,Cable markers, cable clamps, items required for making connections to light fixture are included.Please refer to remarks for details in the Attached Indicative BOQ.for all these item Samples are required for Client approval Supply of cable terminations , Firefighting/Safety items, Hume Pipes,J B (450x450), Earthing Items, and structural supports for trays(Option1 all items GI and Option 2 all items MS ) is included in your scope. Please refer to remarks for details in the Attached Indicative BOQ.Structural Support items(Angle channel Shall be As per IS such as Jindal/Paras/Tata Steel etc.) Data Sheet/Makes shall be as per attached list of makes and same are required for client approval. Civil works associated with electrical works are included in your scope.Please refer to remarks for details in the Attached Indicative BOQ. Scafffolding & ladders are included in your scope. Mobilisation/demobilizaion as per project requirement. Temporary lighting & power required for site works included. Single power point near the building will be given by ETA. Site office/site store included. Space will be given by us Near Site All tools & tackles required for Installation and all equipments/instruments(megger, multimeter, earth tester, continuty tester, phase sequence meter) for testing & commissioning is included in your scope Payment terms: 90% within 60 days from the date of certified bill attached with approved measurement sheet 5% after successful testing and commissioning 5% after Handing Over against comletion certificate. Mobilisation/demobilizaion as per project requirement. Compliance to local statutory body(Such as EPF /ESI etc ) as per labour laws is included in your scope. Compliance to legal rules/taxation laws is included in your scope. Food/water/accomodation/transport/safety items for staff & labour included in your scope as per our HSE policy. Liasoning with Electrical Inspector included in your Scope Please refer to Description/remarks for details in the Attached Indicative BOQ.
