Respected Upadhyay Jee, Kindly refer to our letter dt-31-07-2013 regarding pay erosion of employees after implementation of second wage revision agreement. The employees appointed on or after 01-01-2007 are facing wage erosion. On our continuous pursuance and pleadings you had been kind enough to form a committee of three GMs to resolve the matter. According to information the committee has met only once and the issue is still pending. We, therefore, request you to please use your good offices so that the matter is settled.
