Since i am the bread winner of the family, I am suffering economically. My subsistence allowance for the month of april 2013 was intentionally delayed, i had written to cm cell about the delay from may 1 - 2013 to june 13 2013 because i had suffered a lot with mental pain and mental agony due to this delay, my family maintenance was made critical by the intentional delay for more than 44 days from last date of april 2013 to 12th of july 2013 because of this delay, i was made to borrow money for interest outside this intentional delay had violated rules under FR-53 and subsistence allowance act., which i had shown in the following url http://idisa413.weebly.com I request the honourable chief minister to take action, inititate 17b proceedings (discipline and appellate rules) against persons responsible for the delay and the delinquent officer like me had suffered a lot for the delay and the intentional delay had been proved through http://idisa413.weebly.com I humbly request the honourable chief minister to take stringent action against the persons who had violated rules under FR-53 and subsistence allowance act.
