Job Description

As a valued member of ZOLL's Research and Development team, this individual will be responsible for validation test development, execution and results tracking for assigned new product development and enhancement projects within overall DQA/SQA testing on all ZOLL deliverables. The DQA Engineer will also be an active participant in product and subsystem requirements development, as well as Code, Bug and Test Plan reviews. Will additionally provide test recommendations to the development team ensuring that all product requirements meet customer expectations and are testable. Required Skills * Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills * Demonstrated customer communication skills * Proficient with MS Office, MS Project Management, Visio, Mini Tab, or equivalent programs * Knowledge of regulatory/performance standards applicable to medical device development desirable Required Experience * 6+ years' experience in technical service, design/software quality assurance or other electronic/software products verification/validation testing. Experience with electronic medical devices is preferred * 4+ years' experience performing hands-on product testing of software/electronic products * 2+ years' experience developing formal, written plans and fixtures for product testing
