SOFT COPY
A group representative will upload the soft copy of the paper (MSWord) and the presentation (MSPower Point) slide in elearn. First slide must contain the title of the proposal and the names of the proponents Presentation and delivery must not exceed 5 minutes Proponents must be in business attire Presentation (PPT file) should not be more than 8 megabyte Presentation should not be more than 15 slides

DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCT/SERVICE Give details about the proposed products and services as per the business plan.

DESCRIPTION OF THE BUSINESS PREMISES


A description about the business premises along with the location details can be highlighted here. Emphasis should be made of the benefits of the location and the opportunities available.

IDENTIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS
This should contain the potential and probable list of suppliers and support bodies which will back the business as suppliers or service providers (both locally and offshore).

MARKETING STRATEGY
This should contain a set of specific actions required to successfully implement the marketing plan and objectives, defining how the organization will engage the customers, prospects and competitors in the market arena for success.

CUSTOMER PROFILE This should describe the target market who will be the end user of the organizations products or services. Customers geographic details with demographic facts would be helpful.

DETAILS OF COMPETITORS
Describe the general nature of competition in your industry and name any direct competitors of your product/service. Explain how your company is different and what constitutes your competitive edge.

PERSONAL & COMMERCIAL STRENGHT This section should include the commercial strengths and all necessary facts and figures with which you would like to impress the investors.

CONTRIBUTION TO LOCAL ECONOMY This part should highlight the contribution of your organization to the local economy of the place you are planning to establish the business.

PROFIT & LOSS PROJECTIONS Illustrate the expected profit and loss projections with some anticipated figures on a term based capital Budgeting plan.

CONCLUDING STATEMENT
To round up your business plan, write a final word about the business proposal with a possible summarization of the proposed business plan and some exclusive features you would like to highlight or mention.
