Second Squad detectives report the arrest of a Wyandanch man for criminal possession of a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of a child that occurred in Bethpage on Saturday, 08/31/13 at 2:45 P.M. According to detectives, Bureau of Special Operations police officers were conducting a narcotics investigation in the Bethpage area when they observed Donail Campbell, 21, of 210 Nicolls Rd., parked in a 2003 Cadillac, making a Marijuana cigarette, while in the rear parking area at 320 Broadway. Officers approached the defendants vehicle and observed his girlfriend in the front passenger seat and their two children, ages 3 and 1, in the rear passenger seat. At the time of Campbells arrest he was found to be in possession of Marijuana, Crack Cocaine and $1,329 in cash. children were released at the Second Precinct.
