Role overview
The Survey Team interviewer will report directly to the Survey Team Supervisor, who in turn reports to the Marketing & Customer Insight Manager within the airport's Commercial Team. The Commercial Team is responsible for revenue generation from the airport's retail and catering outlets plus the onsite car parks.
Principal accountabilities
As a Survey Team Interviewer, you will gather data on passengers attitudes and opinions by asking them questions from pre-prepared surveys - responses would be collected both via paper and electronic surveys. These surveys will cover opinions on the airports facilities, processes, services and more. The data the Survey Team Interviewer gathers is then processed by the airports Marketing & Customer Inisght Manager to ultimately help drive decision making within the airport on new services and improvements required to services.
Additional Details
Our Survey Team Interviewers are employed on a zero hour contract and work as and when required as dictated by the requirements of the business. Various shift patterns exist generally the earliest start time would be 5am and the latest finish time would be 9pm (although this may change depending on the flight schedule). Rotas are generated and issued with at least 3 weeks notice. Full uniform will be provided as will training on the airport's various different surveys and collection methods.
