The Tape Ministry takes the service that we provided out guest and customers very seriously. By understanding the impact that we all have on one another we are careful to not offended anyone. We strive to always be the best at what we do under the Leadership of Presiding Bishop Jeremiah Reed, and the Direction of God. We are willing to give of ourselves at a moments notice understanding the impact that Gods word has on the lives of many.

Guest Service Preference Model


The Guest Service model is a combination of the Six elements that will keep a customer returning again and again. ( These By relying on your past experience and knowledge you exert a since of confidence that reassures that customer that you are dependable. Adding to that your resources that provided you with trend analysis and past purchase history you can begin to anticipate the needs of the customer. And finally adding your personal touch of kindness and speed will show the customer that you not only understand their needs but also that you care. And its these Positive Defining Moments that can make a world of difference in the end.
