All names have a base or a root leading up to it, but most important, it determines who you are, so I set out to find my meaning. First, I asked my parents where my name came from, and they said that my uncle came up with the name because if you have a long last name then you dont want a long first name because that would just take up too much space. Second, I looked at some online sites, and it said that my name came from Old Norse (or Norwegian) which I found to be at least a little bit accurate since Im part Norwegian. It also said that my name translates to ei-ever and rikr-ruler, which I know worked out well for Eric the Red. Overall, I think my name is very interesting, Im proud to be called an Ever Ruler.
