of affairs which a person or a system plans or
intends to achieve or bring about—a personal or
organizational desired end-point in some sort of
assumed development.

 If you are setting your goals yourself think

where you can refer to it every day.
 Keep track of progress.
 Re-plan how you are going to achieve your goal
and go for it!
