    Veterans Outreach & Advocacy Program

    The Veterans Outreach and Advocacy Programs purpose is to provide outreach, advocacy and case management services to post 9/11 veterans and their families. Veterans advocates provide support services to veterans and their families to assist reintegration back into their family, employment and community. These veterans advocates have the ability to meet with the veteran wherever they may live and assist them in accessing services and coordinate care that supports their recovery.
