Kajang, Selangor Responsibilities :


Responsible for the day-to-day accounts operations and reporting; Able to balance accounts (double entry book-keeping) Preparing statements showing income and payment; preparing wages and managing claims for expenses Assists in daily office operations work: filing, photocopying, mailing, telephone & other necessary paperwork Dealing with sales invoices, income, receipts and payments Using computerized accounting systems and maintaining accurate records

Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate equivalent At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position Required skills: MS Word, MS Excel, etc Required language: English, Bahasa Melayu Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Finance-General/Cost Accounting or equivalent Good communication and analytical skill; team player who is able to work independently; able to generate clear documentation
