IDHAM points redemption program provides benefits essential for day-to-day living as well as Purchases like Anti-virus for desktop/laptop or mobile, Booking Bus Tickets, Paying Electricity bill, Recharging mobiles or offer of any concierge service to members by Idha E Tail Arks, as the program progresses. The IDHAM Loyalty program is designed to simply enable a common man to avail personalised services using a simple device which is their mobile. How will it work? It is simple to buy reminder packs available in varying denominations (Rs. 100, 500 and 1000) and get rewarded Idham Points based on the loyalty status of membership with Memmoring U. The Idham Points are redeemable for any service available for the various slabs of points accumulated. Memmoring U the ultimate pack: With Memmoring U, we will give flexibility of Customer to redeem any denomination to maximise the benefits. Bouquet of Self-reminder, Alerts, Discount + Gift vouchers and Auto Reminders is all there to make Memmoring U the ultimate pack, unmatched by any available Loyalty Program in the country. Customer need to buy a registration pack from a retailer and activate the service with a registration process. Once they become Memmoring U member, loyalty points in form of Idham points will be credited. They can buy RC packs and recharge their Idham points in order to use a wide variety of services. Memmoring U the ultimate pack, is really aimed to simplify a mans day-to-day needs. The new services will be added, as we get customer suggestions. The Ultimate service is also backed by an Ultimate Contact Centre, where agents assist the users. The Ultimate pack has several interfaces like Missed Call Alert (MCA), SMS, Web and Mobile App which customers can use, as per their convenience and preferences.
