Dear Mr Ahmad Ikram Rahamat Noor Please accept this as formal notice of my resignation from the position of Service Advisor, with effect within 24 hours from the date of the letter as per above or the date that you receive this letter, whichever more appropriate. I also understand that in similar circumstances, the decision will be on case-to-case basis. I appeal to you and the company to allow me to move forward into this notice, and I am hoping that you would understand the reasonings from my end. Please understand that this decision has no relation with any standing job offers outside and that I will be in the job market again I apologize for not being able to give more notice. However, I regret that, due to circumstances beyond my control, I need to resign right away. Thank you for the support that you have provided me during my tenure with the company.
