the Angels To you the Heavens and Powers of the universe To you the Cherubim and Seraphim Proclaim in unending voice: Holy, Holy, Holy Lord God of Hosts Full are the heavens and Earth Of the majesty of your glory The glorious choir of Apostles The number/assembly of laudable Prophets The army (lit. dressed in white) of Martyrs praise you Throughout the Earth the holy Church confesses/acknowledges you The Father of immense majesty Your venerable, true, and only Son Also the Holy Spirit, the Paraclite You, King of glory, Christ You, the everlasting Son of the Father You will take up man to be liberated Not fearing the womb of the Virgin You, having conquered the sting of death, Uncovered the kingdom of heaven to believers
