As shown in the Tender Drawings, it is noted that, CoI averages around 22m. If during the Contract, the Contractor decides to establish detours, temporary access routes, or deviations outside the Site, they must seek approval from the Engineer and the Employer. The Contractor shall be fully responsible for the associated environmental and social impacts and their management as per the applicable laws and regulations. The Contractor shall also be fully responsible for entering in to voluntary negotiations with the affected parties including for asset acquisition and making any payments associated with establishing such detours, temporary access routes, or deviations outside the Site. it plans to ensure that the scheduled works will be conducted in the safest manner possible with minimal impact to traffic and movement of people. In the event that during the implementation of the project alternate routes will be necessary, it will establish detours, temporary access routes, or deviations to facilitate the smooth flow of traffic. Safety measures such as warning signs, temporary restriction signs, advance warning signs, barriers, temporary bumps and any other devices and personnel equipped with two-way radios will be implemented to ensure safe passage of traffic through the works. it also understands that the construction of alternate routes will require approval from the Engineer and the Employer. Additionally, all works pertaining to the alternate routes will be done in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. it will similarly adhere to the requirement for the contractor to be fully responsible for entering in to voluntary negotiations with affected parties including for asset acquisition and making any payments associated with establishing such detours, temporary access routes, or deviations outside the site.
