    February 8, 2011 DR. OLYMPIO V. CAPARAS President This University Sir, I would like to inform your good office that my time-in on January 22, 2011 was not recorded/read by the Biometric machine located at the CIT building. I have failed to notice the verified notification of the machine, which makes my time-in on the said date unfilled. I met my class on the said date, they even arrived 5 minutes ahead of our time, which starts at 12:00 noon. If your office may require it, I could request my students, BSCE 1B, to attest the veracity of my being present during the said date. I was able to arrive at 11:30 am. Hoping this letter would clarify the discrepancy recorded on my attendance. Respectfully yours,
