Jesus is My Friend Review Week

September 15 - September 21, 2013

Review the central truth, the memory verse, prayer and confessions, and read the Bible story with your child each day. As this is done, let your child color in or put a sticker on the power outlet located on the back of the devotional. At the end of the week please sign as proof of completion and return to the teacher. Children who complete 3 weeks Power Cords in a month will have their picture posted in the foyer of Power Source.

Heaven is our real home.

Father God, Thank you for loving us so much. Help my family and friends to know your love this week. Thank you for teaching me to obey my parents so things will go well with me and I will live a long life on the earth. Forgive me when I make wrong choices. Help me to tell others about Your great love! Thank you that because of Jesus, I am healed and whole. In Jesus Name, Amen

Over the past few weeks, we have learned that Jesus is our friend. He came to show us Gods love and to die for our sins. Sin is from the devil and only the blood of Jesus could wash it away. We learned that we must be born again - to ask Jesus to save us - and we will be made brand new on the inside. We look forward to our place in heaven that Jesus has prepared just for us.
