In behalf of the faculty of Medical Technology in Capitol Medical Center Colleges, I, Mr. Christopher Tia would like to request from you r good office an additional equipment ( Autoclave )for Microbiology class.

The purpose of acquiring an autoclave is as follows: 1. For the sterilization of glassware and equipment to be used in Microbiology laboratory class. 2. For the preparation of culture media for the initial isolation, re-culture, biochemical and sensitivity testing. 3. To sterilize used isolates, samples, and used media in preparation for proper waste disposal. 4. And other purposes that involves sterilization process in the laboratory.
