Himalayan tailoring centre is the design and production center of Eternal creations. 70 employees work together of Tibetan , Nepalese and Indian origin.

LIMITATIONS

No CAD room No marker preparation. No Proper equipments / old equipments. No automatic machines No special machines Inadequate equipmments - No straight knife

FLAWS Lack of production planning Unskilled operators No skilled operators No. ticketing / bundling Improper workplace arrangement Improper ergonomics - Seating condtions were improper and uncomfortable Many jobs assigned to one operator - overlocking and stiching done by same operator. Plastic chairs were kept for the manual machines which is uncomfortable for the workers

 Scissors were used to cut the thread instead of thread cutters . Lack of specialized machines for different processes.
