LIMIT, Filipino, of legal age, married, and a resident of G103 Santol St., San Nicolas, Buhangin, Davao City, Philippines, after having been sworn to in accordance with the law do hereby depose and state: 1. That I am the mother of Irian Joy Limit who is an incoming second year of the Philippine Science High School located at Sto. Nino, Tugbok, Davao City; 2. That I am a mere housekeeper with no business or other means of income, hence, I am exempt from filing income tax returns pursuant to the provisions of Republic Act 8424 otherwise known as the Comprehensive Tax Reform Program; 3. That I am married to Fortunato A. Limit, a Filipino, who is presently working abroad at Samarinda, Indonesia; 4. That he is already being taxed by the taxing district/autorities of Indonesia, hence, also exempted from filing income tax returns in the Philippines. Moreover, sources from without the Philippines are no longer subject to tax in the Philippines under the new procision of R.A. 8424 ; 5. That I am executing this affidavit in order to attest to the truth of the foregoing authorities and for the purpose of complying the requirements of re-application for a Philippine Science High School Scholarship Program of my daughter, Irian Joy Limit.
