Dear sir, On 20 July 2011, I was provided with rubbish colecting service performed at my neighborhood. I am disappointed because your service was unfinished and the rubbish still not taken and it cause bad smell all around neighborhood and uninvited animal has shown up to messy the trash can. This is give a lot of problem to all people in this neighborhood. To resolve the problem I require you make service performed again and do the service follow the scschedule. If no action has been taken after this, i will againts you with and make some report for your sevices. I look forward to hearing from you and to a resolution of this problem. I will wait for 2 weeks before arranging for the matter to be corrected by a third party at your cost or seeking help from consumer group. I saw your advert in the HK Daily on Tuesday, 6 September 2011, and the Quality Control Training Course (Ref.: QC 101) mentioned in the advert might be suitable for us. I would like to know if it is possible for you to offer a 3-month training course starting before or, at the latest, on Monday, 26 September 2011, for a group of 20.
