Cola®Cor CPB

DESCRIPTION
Cola®Cor CPB is an oil soluble corrosion inhibitor based on imidazoline chemistry.
Cola®Cor CPB is good corrosion inhibitor for soluble oil and semi-synthetic
metalworking fluids. Cola®Cor CPB is also useful in a variety of grease formulations.

This product is for use on ferrous metals. Cola®Cor CPB is emulsifiable and is very
effective in soluble oils and semi-synthetic fluids at low use levels. Cola®Cor CPB can
be used at 1 to 2% in a concentrated that may see 20:1 dilution in the field. At these
concentrations stability of the emulsion is unaffected.

STORAGE AND HANDLING

Cola®Cor CPB is easy to handle when heated to 100 to 140ºF. Bulk storage will require
heating and 2-in. heat traced lines to facilitate pumping. The maximum recommended
storage temperature is 49ºC. Storage tanks should be mild steel. Other recommended
storage tanks are glass lined or stainless steel. This product is classified as combustible
with a flash point above 275ºF.

Containers: Tank cars, tank truck totes and 55-gallon drums.
