    Identifying the need for training and accordingly circulate the draft & compile the data before 31st August. Fix A Duration Of Training Programme And Steps Of The Training Procedure. Fix A Budget For The Entire Training Programme With The Help Of Past Data Of Training Expenses, Current Strength Of Trainees And Considering All The Other Factors . To Ensure That The Training Method Used Is Appropriate With The Current Skills And Experience Of The Employee. To ensure that the equipments that might be used for training programme are without any technical errors considering the safety of the trainer and trainees.
