Tender i) ii) A tender is an offer by a tenderer to undertake a building project. The tenderer will first study the Drawings, Specifications and (often) pricing the Bills of Quantities. iii) The tender is usually submitted in competition with other tenderers. Tendering for a project covers the process of preparing a tender document. The price submitted by the tenderer after tendering is the Tender Sum which also include the Completion Period for the Project.
