Create user gbdadm on the domain controller production box(gplsbwgbp)

Create groups: SAP_GBD_GlobalAdmin, SAP_GBD_LocalAdmin and SAP_LocaAdmin. Add the user SIDadm (GBDadm)user to the these groups as shown on the screen above Create a SAPServiceSID(SAPSserviceGBD) on the domain controller and add to groups seen on the screen below:

NB:make sure all the users you have created that the password never expires. Since its a local install, go to the box with the error and go to start,run and type in the domain controller hostname(\\GPLSBWGBP) and click on a share

If you get permission issues when you click on the share just add the user SIDadm(GBDadm) you created on the shared folder, see screen below
