Conditions of Entry for Lottery 1. This competition is organised by Nemetschek Allplan Systems GmbH, KonradZuse-Platz 1, Munich, Germany.

2. Entry is free of charge and is not contingent on the purchase of goods or services. In entering this lottery, the user shall accept these conditions of entry.

3. Anyone who is at least 18 years old at the time of entry is eligible for the competition. Employees of Nemetschek Allplan Systems GmbH and others who are involved in the concept and implementation of this competition shall be excluded from participation. The owners and employees of distribution partners of Nemetschek Allplan Systems GmbH shall be excluded from participation in the competition as well. Each "participant" can post as often as he wants but it wont change his chances of winning.

4. The winner of the prize will be contacted shortly after the draw by email, on the basis of the information provided by the participant by sending an e-mail that he wants to participate in the lottery to socialmedia@nemetschek.com

5. The prize will be sent by parcel post to the address given after Allplan contacted the winner.

6. Cash payouts, payout in goods or exchange of prizes shall be excluded. Prizes cannot be transferred. The winner shall accept any necessary changes to the prize that are due to factors beyond the control of the companies involved in the competition.

7. Nemetschek Allplan Systems GmbH reserves the right to cancel or suspend temporarily the competition if difficulties arise that jeopardise the integrity of the competition.

8. Nemetschek Allplan Systems GmbH insured to comply with the legal requirements of data protection and all - to use data of the participants for the purpose of execution of this lottery and only to third parties insofar as this is necessary for the transaction in the context of the lottery or to its implementation - also personally. Allplan processes the subscriber data only for marketing purposes, if the subscriber has given his consent. This allows the participant at any time by sending a notice to Allplan. The granting of the consent does not affect the odds.
