    KABANG AS A FRIEND

    How could I link that life you hold?


    Worried much by fading vigour shown
    where there was much energy within
    and responsive to my every call!

    Tried to succour you within limits


    of the knowledge that I now hold
    but seems you don't heed the call . . .
    to revive your gradual lost vigour.

    I cannot just imagine how's been


    having you seen at the corner . . .
    wiggling your tail for a friend
    coming to feed, hoping to sustain!

    Are you a gift lost from hold?


    Or just a fate for having you . . .
    just to leave a friend to eternity
    and thinking KABANG in memory!
