JOB DESCRIPTION: After careful planning, the mechanical fitter will assemble his equipment. He does not assemble every single piece of the machinery, however, the mechanical fitter will simply assemble and fit the parts he has been assigned. Multiple mechanical fitter works on a single piece of machinery during its assembly process. As a result, he will be highly specialized mechanical fitters may focus in plumbing, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic pipes, electrical parts or any other type of part necessary for the machine.
