WALZBOY

In order to avoid transport damage, some of the parts have not been finally fitted. Please carry out the following work:
Fasten the Walzboy in the vice or in the

workbench clamp.
Screw on the grip of the hand lever [1] as shown in

the drawing.
Screw the 2 knurled screws [3] into the side faces. Turn the 2 knurled screws [6] to adjust the rear

roller. Fasten the support table (if purchased) to the Walzboy with 2 Allen screws. If you have not purchased a support table, fasten the supplied angle at the front of the Walzboy Now the Walzboy is ready for operation and you can start work!

PROCEDURE:
Operating instructions

Turn the two knurled screws [6] to bring the rear roller [5] to its lowest position. Adjust the upper roller [4] with the knurled screws [3] in such a way that the sheet to be rolled

can be slid between the two driver rollers.

Adjust the upper roller [4] with the knurled screw [3] downwards until the sheet is lightly

clamped between the upper and lower roller over its whole width. Do not overtighten the knurled screw [3]! Use the knurled screws [6] to evenly adjust the rear roller [5] (watch the scale) slightly upwards. Use the hand lever to turn the sheet once or more through the machine to achieve the desired curving. Use the knurled screw [6] to raise the rear roller [5] evenly again and then turn the sheet through the machine again. Repeat this until the desired shape or diameter has been achieved. If closed cylinders or rings are to be rolled, these can only be removed from the machine by dismantling the upper roller [4]. To do this, remove the knurled screws [3] completely and take out the upper roller with the workpiece. Remove the workpiece and place it back on the roller turned at angle of 180. Replace the upper roller in the reverse order.

Make sure that all 3 rollers on the machine are clean and free of foreign bodies. If you do not use the machine every day, rub a few drops of machine oil into the bare rollers after use. This will protect them against rust. We wish you success and lots of pleasure in your work.
