Benign melanocytic proliferative lesion form a

spectrum of disorder ranging a massive accumulation of cell in multiple tissue element to epidermal foci with simple increased in epidermal melanocytes number There are separated into melanocytic neoplasia & mwlanocytic hyperplasia melanocytic neoplasia presence melanocytic cells in epidermal nest within dermis or other tissue nevi melanocytic cells forming these nevi are reffered to as nevomelanocytes

Melanocytic hyperplasia increased melanocytes

confined to the basal layer of the epidermis The spesific molecular events causing melanocytic neoplasias & hyperplasias unknown The alternation could be due to a primary melanocytic defect UV induced mutation or homeostatic signaling changes in the local enviroment possibly driven by mutations within the lical keratinocytes, fibroblast or other resident cells

The neoplasias congenital nevomelanocytic nevi

(CNN), Nevus spilus Common acquired nevomelanocytic nevi blue nevi, pigmented spindle cell nevi (PSCN), nesplitz nevi, nodal nevi Benign melanocytic hyperplasia lentigo simplex, solar letigenes
