CONCLUSION

Upon the completion of this particular case study, we are able to further understand the condition of our 32 year old client with Inguinal hernia and emphasized the importance of the provision of quality nursing care. Our patient is Mr.CB, a 32 year old male from Paombong, Bulacan was diagnosed with Indirect Inguinal Hernia. He was admitted in E. Perez Memorial Hospital. He has undergone a diagnostic procedures and laboratory examinations.

The major goals during the management of this particular client may include self-care, activity tolerance, attainment or maintenance of comfort, attainment or maintenance of adequate nutrition, promotion of positive body image. Our patient should understand the disease process and its treatment to gain his cooperation, also the patient should be able to cope with the diagnosis and prognosis and absence of complications.
