    Simple Operation
    As with our award winning PREMIUM recycle system, the wastewater from the washers is pumped into our Incoming Process Tank Wastewater is then pumped through our Lint Vibration (Shaker) System and the through our Suspended Solids Filter. We then run the filtered water through our Ultraviolet System for Pre-disinfection and then to the Oil and Grease Filter and Soaps and Organics Filter with the final recycled water flowing into our Recycled Water Supply Tank The final process is Ozone Plus where high concentrations of ozone are injected both into the recycled water and into the washing machine wheel for a DOUBLE DOSE OF OZONE continuously through all washing and rinsing cycles, whether water is being injected or during the agitation or draining/spin cycle
