    In accordance with Administrative Order No. 07, Section 1 Rule No. 2 of office of the ombudsman.

    The following are the criminal cases can be filed against public officials and employees in the ombudsman. a. Violation of RA 3019 as amended, also known as Anti Graft and Corrupt Practices Act b. Violation of RA 1379 as amended, also known as An Act Declaring Forfeiture in favor of the state any property found to have been unlawfully acquired by any public officer or employee c. Violation of RA 6713 as amended, also known as Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees." d. Title VII, Chapter 2, Section 2 of Revised Penal Code e. such other offenses committed by public officers and employees in relation to his office.
