2. Who was Nicodemus? When and why did he come to talk to Jesus?

3. What did Jesus tell Nicodemus? What does it mean to be born again? From this conversation, what do we learn about Gods plan of salvation?

4. Read Numbers 21:5-9 and compare with John 3:14-15. In both of these passages, what had to be done in order to be saved? How was Jesus lifted up? (John 8:28; John 12:32,34 John 12:23)

5. From John 3:18-21, what is said about light and darkness. (Find and write down another verse in the bible that contrasts light & darkness.) LIGHT Darkness

6. What was John the Baptists attitude toward CHRIST? How can you follow this example?

7. Read John 3:36 & 2 Peter 3:9. What is eternal life? How does one receive eternal life? How is God patient with you? What do you believe?
