what you are responsible for. Agree on goals Write goals in 250 words or less. Look at performance, match it with the actual goals and give feedback.

when they do so as it will have a greater achievement. Share your feelings about what they did right & how it helps the organization & the other people who work there. Encourage them to do more of the same.
