A. Medication - Omeprazole 40g / tab 1tab BID B. Environment - Instructed patient to, avoid cigarette smokers and avoid being near in persons who is sick or have infections, because the immune system of the patient is weak and can easily acquire an infection or worsen the infection if already had. C. Treatment - Inform patient to have a follow up checkup. D. Health teaching - Follow doctors order and hand wash before and after every meal to prevent infection that can worsen the situation. E. Observable signs & symptoms - If the dizziness, nausea, vomiting and there is a black tarry stool present, visit the physician immediately. F. Diet - Soft DAT diet is recommended
