This is to inform you that I personally cancel my plan to go for final exit; instead I go for vacation as specified and provided by the company. I am requesting the following list of items as specified below: 1. End of Contract Vacation every two year: ( Schedule of Vacation: DECEMBER 01, 2013 JANUARY 05, 2013) 2. I want to transfer to BALSHARAF LOCATION to show my skills in making coffee.

    3. My salary should be SR 1800 plus SR 200 food allowance. I need to sign a new contract before I go for vacation to let my family see my new contract with my new approved salary.

    I am personally hoping for your approval on my request. Thank you so much and looking forward in working with you today and in the coming future.
