The objective of this assignment is to prepare you for the class activities that will be performed in Meeting 2. After completing this assignment, you are expected to be able to: 1. Search, find and extract relevant information from various sources to solve problems. 2. Explain the definition of communication. 3. Explain different types of communication and their characteristics. 4. Identify various communication tasks/activities that engineers perform in their work. 5. Identify the purpose of communication activities. Answer the following questions: 1. What is communication? What are the different forms/types of communication? What are their characteristics? 2. What kinds of communication tasks/activities do engineers perform in their work? To which type of communication do these activities belong? What is the purpose of these communication activities? Answers should be neatly typed using Times New Roman 12 pt, 1.15 lines spacing (option available in Word>Home>Paragraph), with 1 inch margin on all sides. 3. Dont forget to write your name and student number.
