Dear Mr. Polo: I am writing to inform you that I have bought a Blackberry Curve 9220 cellphone last July 20, 2013 at CMK Cellphones, a cellphone distributor in Cyberzone, SM Bacoor, Bacoor, Cavite. Unfortunately, after using it for a few weeks, your product could not work properly. I could not turn on the phone again. The battery looks fine, the cellphone does not have any damage but it does not function. The cellphone has a one year warranty and is still valid right now. To resolve the problem, I would appreciate if you could replace it with a new unit. I enclosed the receipt and the warranty of the product.
